| 摘 要： | 针对全消光切片生产初期存在的一系列问题，如切片中TiO2含量波动大，切片毛刺多，转换产品时出现混料，客户纺丝组件使用周期缩短，不同批次品质差异大等，分别找出原因，提出了解决方法，取得了显著效果。

| Abstract: | According to the existing series of problems in the initial stage of full PET chip production,such as the big fluctuation of TiO2 content in PET chip,the too much burr of chip,the material mixing when product change,the shorten of the using period of the spinning pack,the great quality difference among different batches.The causes were found out,the solutions were put forward,remarkable effects were gained. |
