过热器管异种钢焊接接头早期失效的调查分析

摘    要:针对1 650 t/h锅炉过热器管珠光体/奥氏体异种钢焊接接头早期失效进行了失效分析和调查研究。结果表明:早期失效的主要原因是焊接接头存在严重的焊接缺陷及采用的焊接材料不当,在运行过程中由于高温、应力、腐蚀等因素影响而形成裂纹,由此引发异种钢接头早期失效。

Abstract:In this paper,the early failure of pearlitel austenite dissimilar metal weld joint is superheater of(1 650) t/h boiler is studied and analyzed.Acording to the results,the steel weld joint with serious weld defects and the improper material adopted is prone to produce cracks under the influence of high temperature,stress,corrosion during the running process.
