| 摘 要： | ＰＴＭＧ与过量的２，４－ＴＤＩ合成端异氰酸预聚体后，用ＭＯＣＡ扩链制成浇注型ＰＵＲ。确定了预聚反应的最佳工艺条件；并研究了ＮＣＯ％对ＰＵＲ的扯断强度和硬度的影响。

| Abstract: | PTMG Was rcactcd with an excess of 2.4-TDI forming an isocyanate-terminated prepolymer and cast polyurethane rubber was sy-nthesized by using MOCA as chain extender.Themost suitable time of pre-polymerization was determined; The best process condition was selected,And the effect of NCO% on the hardness and tensile strength of PUR was studied. |
