应力波法无损检测煤矿锚索锚固质量的研究

摘    要:研究了锚索的单向拉伸力学特性与锚杆的异同, 建立了预应力锚索的纵向振动力学模型, 分析了应力波在锚索内的传播规律。并在王庄矿进行了锚索锚固质量的现场检测, 现场试验表明, 应力波法检测锚索的锚固质量是可行的, 具有推广应用价值。

Abstract:After studying the mechanical properties of anchor cable under unidirectional tensile and the difference of anchor bar, a dynamic model for the vertical vibration of prestressed anchor cable has been established. Stress wave propagation is also analyzed. The on-site test of anchor cable quality in Wangzhuang mine shows that the test on anchor cable quality with stress wave is feasible and has high value in popularization and application.
