模式化JAVA编程的中文处理

欲陈述解释中文问题产生的根源 ,简要地阐述相关的编码原理和 JAVA中的编码原理 ,然后系统地分析各种问题的实现方法 ,最后提出抽象问题的实质 ,根据中文问题产生的不同阶段 ,划分成不同的模块 ,用模式化的方法提出一个具有一般性的解决方法。
