小型电磁阀可靠性增长试验的初步研究

对一类小型电磁阀进行可靠性增长试验的研究，主要包括可靠性增长模型的选取与变换、试验方案设计、数据分析与处理等工作。根据可靠性增长模型制订相应的可靠性增长试验计划，确定增长目标，跟踪试验过程并进行改进。根据试验数据绘制了实际可靠性增长曲线并与计划曲线对比。进行可靠性增长评价。试验结果表明经可靠性增长试验后，电磁阀的可靠性有了较大提高。研究表明，本文提出的试验方法对类似小型阀件也具有一定的指导意义。

Tentative research about reliability growth test of diminutive solenoid valve

Research about reliability grouth test of a kind of diminutive solenoid valve includes reliability growth model, test plan design, data analysis, etc. The test plan was made, and the growth aim was determined according the model. The reliability growth curve was compared with the plan cruve, in order to evaluate the reliability growth. The test result shows that the reliability of the solenoid valve has raisd obviously after the reliability growth test, and it also shows that the test method has directive functions to the same category of solenoid valves.
