| 摘 要： | 从分析蜗轮的齿形特点入手，探讨了利用CNC齿轮测量机测量蜗轮齿形误差的原理。在此基础上，提出了测量齿形的具体方案，据此开发的蜗轮测量软件，可以实现与阿基米德蜗杆（ZA）、法向直廓蜗杆（ZN）、渐开线蜗杆（ZI）配对的蜗轮齿形误差的自动检测。

| Abstract: | This paper studies the principle to measure worm gear profile by CNC gear measuring center, and presents a practical method to measure the profile. Based on this method, a software has been developed .The software can realize automatic measurement of profile of wormgears matched with ZA ,ZN ,ZI profile. |
