| 摘 要： | 本文针对一种新型取力器的换挡及锁止机构的使用环境和工作特点,在分析换挡及锁止过程中钢球的具体运动过程和异常冲击的基础上,建立了该钢球运动的力学模型和机械振动微分方程。在MATLAB计算环境中利用Simulink仿真软件,建立其参数化仿真模型。并对其动态特性进行了仿真和分析,得到了钢球在换挡及锁止过程中的位移变化曲线。这种模块化参数仿真的方法,为设计提供依据,为制造和生产提供指导。
