| 摘 要： | 在一个企业完善有效的质量管理体系中，应是点、线、面的有机统一，才是真正的全面质量管理。IS09000标准强调工序过程质量控制，QCC活动的重点是质量改进和创新。持续开展QCC活动是质量管理体系增值的驱动力。正确理解和认识二者的关系，并把二者有机地结合起来，是提高企业质量管理水平的关键。

| Abstract: | The ISO 9000 standard emphasizes the quality control in the process of production,the focal point of the QCC program is in improving the quality and in blazing new trails for the products.Sustained development of the QCC program is a driving force for adding value of the quality control system.Accurately comprehending the relation between the two of them and further combining the two of them,making them be an organic whole is just the key for raising the level of quality control in an enterprise. |
