| 摘 要： | 针对ＢＰ网络的不足，提出了自适应学习率的ＢＰ网络算法，该算法从根本上解决了ＢＰ网络中学习率的取值和收敛速度慢的问题，并有效地解决了ＢＰ网络易收剑到局部最小点的问题，并将这种改进的算法应用于汽轮发电机组的故障诊断中，结果表明该方法可行。

| Abstract: | An improved BP networks algorithm with self-adaptive learning rate is proposed which solves fundamentally difficulties of BP nets, i. e., slow convergecy and about how to properly determine the learning rate, and also solves effectively the problem of tending to converge to a local minimum. Two examples for its application in failure diagnosis of TG set are given. |
