氯乙烯精馏尾气解吸气的应用方法

介绍了精馏尾气经活性炭吸附氯乙烯后,解吸气体的组分。鉴于现有的尾气回收工艺对解吸气体不能合理利用,解吸气中乙炔含量超标造成氯乙烯被吸附后放空。经过对吸附、转化工序进行物料衡算,分析解吸气进入氯乙烯合成工序对转化反应的影响,提出了改进尾气回收流程的方法。

Application of stripping gas of tail gas from VCM rectification

After the activated carbon adsorbing VCM from rectified tail gas, the composition of this desorbed gas was introduced. Because the desorbed gas can't be rationally used by present tail gas recovery process, the overproof acetylene contents in desorbed gas led to the VCM being dropped out after it was adsorbed. Through material balancing on adsorption and transformation process and analyzing the influence of desorbed gas in VCM synthesis process on transformation, some measures on tail gas recovery improvement were put forward.
