| Abstract: | Questions encountered in campus planning and construction process of colleges and universities in our country at present are elaborated.The idea to promote the construction of conservation-minded colleges and universities is proposed as well as technical measures for design to carry out the scientific concept of development to search new ideas for energy saving and environmental protection design of campus,in order to set up conservation-minded campus. |
