木材真空过热蒸汽干燥的应用前景

摘    要:简述了过热蒸汽干燥的主要特征、优点与局限性.列举了木材真空过热蒸汽干燥松木和红栎木的干燥温度、干燥时间、能耗与成本等参数.真空过热蒸汽干燥比常规快3~7倍,且干燥质量好,能耗低.但设备投资比常规干燥高25%~30%.今后此项技术用于干燥厚的难干材有一定的应用前景.

Abstract:The article briefly describes the major features, merits and limitation about superheat steam used in wood drying. And it lists some parameters, such as: drying temperature, drying span, energy consumption and cost etc., which came from experiments. These experiments used employed vacuum-superheat steam to dry pine and red oak. The drying speed of vacuum-superheat steam can be 3 to 7 times faster than conventional drying, and the drying quality is better, while energy consumption is less. But, the investment of vacuum-superheat steam equipment is 25% - 30% higher than conventional one. This technology must certainly have application prospect in drying those hard-to-dry and thick wood in the future.
