| 摘 要： | ＸＧＣ防污闪涂料是一种适合现场喷涂的硅橡胶涂料，它具有较强的憎水性能和良好的电气性能，通过对涂料各种性能的检测表明：涂有ＸＧＣ涂料的Ｘ－４．５型绝缘子在盐密为０．４ｍｇ／ｃｍ＾２时的人工污秽雾闪络电压值为１８ＫＶ／片，而在盐密为０．３４ｍｇ／ｃｍ＾２时的自然污秽雾闪络电压值为２２．３ＫＶ／片，这对在脏污地区在绝缘子的安全运行是极为有利的。

| Abstract: | The XGC coating is a new anti-pollution coating. It has a gocd water-rresistant property and electrical charateristic. By many tests, the fog flashover value (X-4.5 insulator) of the artificial-poollution when the equivalent ESDD is 0.4/ cm2 is 18V / unit, and the fog flashovcr value of the natual-pollntion when the equivalent ESDD is 0.34mg / cm2 is 22.3kV / unit. This is suitable to safe operation of the inaulators in pollution area. |
