摘    要:介绍近年来新兴的能显著减小工厂和设备体积、高效节能、清洁、可持续发展的化工过程强化技术,重点报道了过程强化设备(包括新型反应器、新型单元操作设备)及过程强化方法(包括多功能反应器、组合分离和替代能源、超临界流体、离子液体和非定态操作)等技术。并对21世纪我国石油化工的发展宜采用哪些新技术作了探讨。

Abstract:Novel technologies for intensifying chemical engineering processes are introduced. Apparatus intensification such as new reactor types and new unit operation apparatus, and intensification means such as multifunctional reactors, integration of separation processes, energy source substiutes and supercritical fluids, etc. are highlighted. These new developments are expected to bring dramatic improvements in reducing the size of equipment and plant, and leading to compact, safe, clean and effective production. The new technologies, which may be applicable to the development of domestic petrochemical industry in 21st century, are proposed.
