摘    要:介绍了差厚激光拼焊板具有的优点和生产过程中存在的问题,分析了差厚激光拼焊板焊缝偏移产生的原因,提出通过调节拉深筋高度以及焊缝偏移补偿法来控制焊缝的偏移,取得了较好的效果。

Abstract:The advantages of laser tailor welded blanks with different thickness and the ex isting problems in the production process were stated; and the cause of weld joint offset in the product was analyzed. Some measures for controlling the weld offset were proposed such as the adjustment of draw bead height and the compensation method for weld offset.
