高效低耗长寿命铝电解槽的综合技术开发与应用

摘    要:通过研究公司186kA和300kA铝电解槽寿命与大修数据,系统分析了电解槽阴极破损产生的原因,介绍了我公司在延长槽寿命方面应用过的技术成果及正在开展和即将开展的科技攻关内容,确定了我公司未来在延长高效低耗铝电解槽寿命技术攻关的目标:电流效率不低于94.5%、吨铝直流电耗低于12000kW·h,电解槽平均寿命2500~2800d。

Abstract:According to the life and relining data of 186 kA and 300 kA aluminum electrolysis cell, the cause of cathode failure is analyzed comprehensively. The past, present and future researches and developments of technology on prolonging the life of aluminum electrolysis cell are introduced. The work on prolonging cell life of our company in the future is targeting that current efficiency is no less than 94.5%, D. C. energy consumption is lower than 12 000kWh/t and average cell life is average cell life is between 2 500 days and 2 800 days.
