难选铜硫混合精矿柱式分选试验研究

摘    要:采用上海稀必提矿山设备有限公司浮选柱对大屯选矿分公司四个矿种铜硫混合精矿进行小型柱式分选试验研究,通过对生产现场不同铜精选作业泡沫产物进行试验,探索适宜使用浮选柱的精选作业点。试验结果认为铜精选五作业适宜使用浮选柱代替现用浮选机。同时对该作业柱选工作参数进行优化,得出了浮选柱最佳操作条件。

Abstract:The small size flotation column from Shanghai XiBiTi mining equipment Co. , Ltd. was employed in the experimental investigation on separation of four kinds of copper - sulphur mixed concentrate in Datun benefieiation branch company, the industrial clean- ing stage which is suitable for using of flotation column is explored by testing of the foam products from each cleaning stage. The test results show that the fifth cleaning stage is suitable for using of flotation column instead of flotation machine. At the same time, the parameter of this column separation is optimized to get the optimum operation conditions.
