摘    要:本文针对氧化锌烟尘含氟氯高,脱氟氯难等问题,综合论述了国内外各种脱氟氯方法和最新进展情况,可为湿法炼锌厂的脱氟氯工艺选择提供参考。氧化锌烟尘含F高达0.2%~0.3%,含Cl高达0.3%~0.4%,要使氧化锌烟尘中的氟氯脱除达到电解液要求,目前必须将几种除氟氯方法联合应用,才能达到深度净化目的。

Abstract:All kinds of chloride and fluoride removal method both in domestic and foreign countries, and the latest advances situations are comprehensively discussed according the problems, such as chloride and fluoride content is high in zinc oxide dust, removing of them is difficult and so on, this paper provides the references to chloride and fluoride removal process in zinc hydrometallurgy plant. F content in zinc oxide dust reach up to 0.2% -0. 3%, C1 content reach up to 0. 3% ~0.4%, at present, several F and CI removal methods must be applied jointly to reach deep purification aim and meet the electrolyte requirements.
