摘    要:介绍了热等静压技术在铸件处理、粉末冶金、陶瓷材料、多孔材料、近净形成型、材料粘结、等离子喷涂等领域的应用.还指出了热等静压技术的发展趋势为:合并热等静压与其它制造工艺;提高加热速度和冷却速度;发展无包套热等静压;压力介质日趋多样化;设备朝大型、多功能、高温高压、高效率和全程自动化方向发展.

Abstract:The application of hot isostatic pressing technology in the areas of castings treatment, powder metallurgy, ceramic ma terial, cellular material, near-net shape forming, material bonding, and plasma spraying and so on is introduced in this paper. The develop ment trend of hot isostatic pressing technology is: combining hot isostatic pressing and the other manufacture process; increasing heat rate and cooling rate; developing capsule free hot isostatic pressing; pressure medium is becoming more diverse; the equipment will develop to the direction of large - scale, multifunction, high pressure and high temperature, high efficiency and lull automation.
