摘    要:进行了一系列试验系统地研究了SCR连铸连轧铸φ8mm电工用铜线坯表面大缺陷原因,并提出了一些减少线坯表面大缺陷的措施,从而大大减少了线坯的回炉率,在一定程度上降低了生产成本。

Abstract:A series tests have been carried out systematically to research the reason of large surface defects on the wire blank of φ8mm copper rod from SCR continuous casting and rolling, and some measures to reduce the large surface defects of wire blank is presented, so that the resmelting rate of wire blank is reduced greatly, and the production cost is also reduced to some extent.
