| 摘 要： | 过去上海旧区的里弄住宅 ,是在满足当时生活方式的需要时 ,逐步形成的一定的生活形态。在新形势下 ,随着地区改造的功能转换与再开发 ,旧的生活形态也就不复存在。新天地地段的实践为新的城市生活形态重建 ,探索与创出了理性的功能转变和历史延续的宝贵经验 ,这一城市再开发与生活形态重建的成功应是历史发展的必然。

| Abstract: | The old style lane residence in Shanghai, has gradually shaped a certain life form according to the lifestyle of the day. Now along with the urban renewal, the old life form could not be maintained. In the urban renewal practice of Xin Tiandi, the physical form of the old style lane is preserved, while the function has been changed. It is a new and successful attempt of rational function transform while maintaining the history. |
