摘    要:采用熔融反应挤出作为聚酰胺6(PA6)的扩链方法,以不同马来酸酐含量的苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)为扩链剂,对PA6进行了扩链研究。对扩链后产物的特性黏度、熔体质量流动速率、氨基含量、凝胶含量及力学性能进行了表征。结果表明,马来酸酐摩尔分数为50%的SMA对PA6扩链效果较好,可使其特性黏度由2.0dL/g增大至4.2 dL/g,熔体质量流动速率则从115 g/10min减小至0.5 g/10min;通过扩链后的PA6氨基滴定测试表明,SMA在熔融挤出过程中与PA6末端氨基官能团进行反应从而引发PA6扩链。经扩链改性,PA6的力学性能得到明显改善,拉伸强度由62 MPa提高至85 MPa,缺口冲击强度则从3.8 kJ/m2提高至7.5 kJ/m2。

Abstract:High viscosity PA6 was prepared via melting extruder chain-extending using different SMA as chain-extender.Intrinsic viscosity,melting flow rate,terminal amino group content,gel content and mechanical properties of the chain extending product were characterized.Results showed that,SMA with 50%maleic anhydride had well effect on the PA6;the intrinsic viscosity increased from 2.0 dL/g to 4.2 dL/g,the melt flow rate was decreased from 115 g/10min to 0.5 g/10min.Amino titration of the PA6 showed SMA reacted with the amino functional group thus caused the chain extending of PA6 of which the mechanical properties increased.The tensile strength was enhanced from 62 MPa to 85 MPa,and the notched impact strength was increased from 3.8 kJ/m2 to 7.5 kJ/m2.
