摘    要:本文通过对不同容量大型风电机组钢制塔筒成本随高度变化规律的研究,从技术和经济性两方面,结合理论分析和实例计算,提出了通过分析风切变指数在不同高度层间的变化趋势、风切变指数与机组新增发电量的关系以及项目方案的增量费效比,直接判断效益增加、成本提高的方案的相对经济性,在风电场业主选择风电机组塔筒高度方面,具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract:Both from a technical and economic aspects, combined with theoretical analysis and examples of calculations, this paper presents the change of the cost of the different capacity of large-scale wind turbines steel tower with the height of tower, and estimates the relative economical efficiency of benefit increase & cost increase projects by analyzing wind shear index variation trend at different altitude, the relations between wind shear index and the increment of electricity production, and incremental cost-effectiveness ratio method.
