泡沫材料对风电叶片夹层结构结合性能的影响

摘    要:讨论了目前用在风力发电叶片中的交联聚氯乙烯(PVC)、苯乙烯-丙烯腈(SAN)、聚苯乙烯(PS)和聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)4种泡沫芯材。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对泡沫芯材的微观形貌进行观察,并通过泡沫对树脂吸收量分析了每种泡沫的孔径和孔容积以及泡沫与树脂的粘接面积。研究了每种泡沫的机械性能,通过泡沫对玻璃钢的抗剥离性能测试直观考察每种泡沫与玻璃钢的结合性能。结果显示具有小泡孔和高机械性能的泡沫在与玻璃钢结合时表现出更好的抗剥离性能。

Abstract:Research on the 4 different foam material,the currently used in wind turbine blades in the cross-linked polyvinyl chloride(PVC),styrene-acrylonitrile(SAN),polystyrene(PS)and poly(ethylene terephthalate)(PET) foam core material,which are currently used in wind turbine blades.Observation of micro-structure was made by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The pore diameter and pore volume of each kind of foam,also the bonding area of form and resin were reached by testing the absorption of resin by foam.The mechanical properties of different foams were tested;the adhesion property of different foams to fiber glass were valued by anti-stripping test.The test results showed that the foam with smaller pore and higher mechanical values has better anti-striping performance with fiber glass.
