聚丙烯汽车内饰材料低温多轴冲击性能的研究

摘    要:采用不同乙烯–辛烯共聚物弹性体(POE)制备了满足-30℃低温多轴冲击测试标准的聚丙烯汽车内饰材料。多轴冲击测试和透射电镜表明:相对于密度高的POE,采用低密度的POE更能提高材料的抗冲击性能,同时弹性体在基体树脂中的分散尺寸较小,且分布均匀,有助于进一步提高材料的低温冲击韧性。

Abstract:The polypropylene blend for automobile interiors meeting the low temperature at-30℃ multi-axial impact testing standards were prepared via selecting the POEs.The multi-axial impact testing and transmission electron microscope indicated that comparing to POEs with high density,the impact property of polypropylene blend was enhanced by low density POE,the dispersion size of elastomer was smaller which was evenly to improve the low temperature impact property of material.
