有机改性硅藻土对发泡酚醛树脂的影响

摘    要:通过加入有机改性硅藻土来改善酚醛树脂的性能,测试其对发泡酚醛树脂同化时间、磨损率、阻燃性等参数的影响.实验结果表明:添加硅烷偶联剂( KH550)及十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)改性的硅藻土,均可提高发泡酚醛树脂的阻燃性与耐磨性,在添加质量分数为10%时,发泡酚醛的阻燃性有最大程度的提高,随着有机硅藻土的加入量的增加,发泡酚醛树脂的磨损率显著降低.

Abstract:The article discussed the effect of modified diatomite on performance of phenolic foam on its curing time,wear rate,flame retardant.The test results showed that:the wear rate and the flame retardant of phenolic foam can be improved by adding diatomite modified by silane coupling agent(KH550)and hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB).The flame retardant property of phenolic foam improved significantly when the contents of modified diatomite was 10%.The wear rate significantly reduced with the increase of diatomite content.
