基于FPBS的工程机械产品结构配置模型的建立

产品配置和集成管理是复杂产品设计数据和工艺数据管理的核心技术,以液压挖掘机为范例,首先研究了从利于产品设计的管理角度出发,如何基于功能-原理-行为-结构(FPBS,Function-Principle-Behavior-Structure)构建工程机械产品族结构配置标准化模型;分析了工程机械实际生产过程中需要构造的部件焊接配置模型和产品装配配置模型与产品结构配置模型的关系;提出了工程机械产品族结构配置模型建模过程图。通过科学的产品配置和集成管理的有效手段能够提高企业产品研发水平以及实现从产品销售、设计到生产过程的全线支持和提供整体解决方案。

Product configuration and integration management is the key technology of complex product design data and process data management , This article take the hydraulic excavator as an example to study how to - Behavior - Structure on the basis of the Principle of Function - （FPBS, Function - Principle - behaviors - Structure） model of the standardization of construction engineering machinery product family Structure configuration from management point of view of product design,. Also analyzed the relationship between product structure configuration model and the construct welding configuration model and product assembly configuration model in the process of actual engineering machinery production,the modeling process of product family configuration structure modal is put forward. Through scientific product configuration and integration management effective means to improve the level of enterprise product development and the overall solution from product sales, design to production process.
