塔拉单宁水解废液回收奎尼酸的工艺试验

摘    要:从塔拉单宁水解制备没食子酸的废液着手 ,用真空蒸发法分离去除盐酸 ,用不同的溶剂萃取法分离去除没食子酸 ,用活性炭吸附法和强碱阴离子交换法分离去除色素和糖类物质。从而提出了从塔拉单宁水解废液中回收目标产品奎尼酸的方法 ,产品得率约为理论值的 78%

Abstract:The liquid waste of tara tannin hydrolysis for preparing gallic acid were treated for recover of quinic acid by vacuum evaporating to remove chlorhydric acid, extracting with different agents to remove gallic acid, absorbing with active carbon and exchanging with anion resin to remove coloring matter and sugars. After refining, quinic acid was obtained with 78% of the theoretical yield.
