| 摘 要： | 在对H2O2漂白机理分析的基础上，对木材薄片进行了漂白试验，测定 漂白后的白度，对影响木材漂白的工艺因素进行了讨论；试验结果表明，在20%H2O2，pH为10-11，Na2SiO3用量为12.5g/L左右，漂液温度在50-60℃，漂白时间25min对木材薄片进行漂白，其白度为33.7，能达到装饰材料的要求。

| Abstract: | On the analysis of the bleaching mechanism in H2O2, wood plate was bleached and the whiteness degree of these was measured, some process conditions to affect the bleaching of wood were discussed. The experiments showed that the whiteness degree of 33.7 of the decorating material can be obtained under the following conditions: the H2O2 is 20 %, pH 10~11,Na2SiO3 is 12.5g/L, the reaction temperature 50~60 and the reaction time 25min. |
