热轧带钢头尾拉窄的原因分析与控制措施

摘    要:针对莱钢银山型钢有限公司1500mm热轧带钢生产线在冷轧料HPHC薄规格普碳钢Q235B、Q215B的生产过程中出现头尾拉窄的现象,通过借助测宽仪、板形仪及历史趋势查询等手段,分别对粗轧区域&精轧区域,卷取区域带钢头尾拉窄的原因进行了分析,并在粗轧头尾短行程功能(SSC)、E1立辊磨损情况、粗轧拉钢系数&精轧活套控制、张力控制、卷取张力控制等方面提出了改进措施,最终使带钢宽度控制精度在±5mm公差范围内的达到97.5%。

Abstract:In view of appearing narrow size of head and end of hot rolled strip of SPHC, Q235B,Q215B, the causes were analyzed to roughing rolling, finishing rolling and coiling process. Meanwhile, the improvement measures for SSC,E1 edge roll wearing, loop control, tension control, etc. were put forward, and the width deviation can be controlled within ±5mm.
