| 摘 要： | 城市地下空间开发的基本目的是利用地下建筑空间完善城市功能,改善城市环境质量。只有充分发挥地下空间建筑功能才能确保地下空间开发利用的综合效益。为此,应注重研究地下空间建筑与地上建筑空间以及地下空间建筑功能之间的相关性机制,即:功能集聚性机制,功能互补性机制,功能协调性机制,以及功能关联性机制、功能综合性机制和功能转换性机制。

| Abstract: | The basic purpose of urban underground space development is to strengthen urban functions and to improve urban environments by using underground space.The synthetic benefits of the development can be guaranteed only by giving full play to the underground space functions.For this reason,attention should be paid to the mechanism of interrelation between functions of ground and underground spaces,as well as underground and underground spaces,such as function integration mechanism,function complement mechanism,function coordination mechanism,function interrelation mechanism,functions synthesis mechanism and function transformation mechanism. |
