| 摘 要： | 药剂添加是浮选过程的一个重要环节。本文介绍了一种浮选过程加药控制系统，运用图像检测方法，计算出浮选过程所需药量，进而利用PLC对加药量进行调节，实现了浮选过程加药量的自动控制。

| Abstract: | Reagent adding is an important process in flotation. This article introduced a kind of control system for reagent adding in flotation process. The system use the image detection method to obtain the reagent dosage needed by flotation process, then adjust the reagent dosage by PLC, so to realize the automatic control of reagent adding in flotation process. |
