| 摘 要： | 人类已经进入知识经济社会,拥有自主知识产权的多少成为企业经济实力的重要标志。水电行业对技术创新成果的知识产权保护还没有足够的重视。从知识产权的角度论述了企业加强技术创新成果保护的重要性以及加强保护的方式和方法。

| Abstract: | As the mankind has entered the knowledge economy society, the fundamental indication of economic strength of the enterprises is that how many knowledge property-right the enterprises own. Now, in the hydropower industry, sufficient attention hasn't been paid on the protection of knowledge property-right of technical innovation achievement yet. In view of this condition, some proposals are recommended. |
