摘    要:武器装填控制测试系统由PLC主控机,数据实时采集与逻辑分析,多路信号转换与功能判断等模块组成.系统软件包括主程序、子程序、显示程序.PLC切换巡回检测点,分析采集信号、建立故障模式.通过多路信号转换、开关量识别,模拟量实际值与系统允许极限值比较,及输入、间隔定时器和高速计数器等中断处理,实现故障诊断.

Abstract:The testing system for the weapon loaded and controlled is composed of the PLC master PC, data acquisition and logic analysis in real time, multi-path signal conversion and the judge of function validity module, etc. The system software consists of main program, subprogram and display program modules. Through PLC switches the itinerant checking point, analyses gathered the signal, the fault mode was set up. By multi-path signal conversion and switch quantity discerning, actual value of simulation quantity and the extreme system allowed was compared with. The fault diagnosis was realized with inputting, alternating timer and interrupt processing of high-speed counter etc.
