| 摘 要： | 针对某焊轨厂加工处理钢轨的落后现状,提出并设计了一个自动化程度、生产效率、可靠性、可操作性都非常高的除锈机床,并对该机床机械机构部分、液压系统和电气控制部分进行了设计.在对机床的电气控制部分,设计采用了三菱公司的FX2N系列PLC,使得控制稳定可靠,操作简单方便,功能强大.
