摘    要:为解决现有录井监测系统不能满足空气钻井现场的需要,容易出现钻具失效、井下燃爆、地层出水及井壁坍塌等复杂钻井问题。基于井下燃爆理论和监测监控系统技术,以井下燃爆监测成果为基础,应用UBD气体监测系统及其配套分析技术;通过多次在空气钻井现场监测服务,验证了该监测系统及分析技术的合理性和实用性,为安全顺利实施空气钻井提供了技术保障。

Abstract:Since the present logging monitoring system can not meet the requirement for air drilling on fields, many accidents including BHA failure, downhole blasting and burning, formation water producing, and borehole wall sloughing, etc. are easily occur. The technology of monitoring while drilling (MWD) was applied in this case based on the theory of downhole blasting and the techniques of monitoring system and the UBD gas monitoring system and analysis technology were studied and researched. Through field practices, this monitoring system and analysis technology have been proved to be reliable and practical as robust technical support for air drilling.
