玻璃钢化工艺过程与钢化应力的研究

摘    要:选用浮法透明玻璃和Low-E镀膜玻璃制成试样,分别在电辐射水平钢化炉和强制对流—辐射混合加热式水平钢化炉内,用不同的操作参数对其进行钢化处理,并用GASP-132表面应力仪测定试样的表面应力,用SM-100应力仪观测试样的应力图像.结果表明:用强制对流-辐射方式加热Low-E玻璃,其钢化应力分布较为均匀.

Abstract:By using different operating parameters the samples made of both float clear glass and Low-E glass were tempered respectively in electric radiation horizontal tempering furnace and forced convection-radiation horizontal tempering furnace. Afterwards, the surface stress of the samples were measured by GASP-132 surface polarimeter and stress graphs were displayed by SM-100 stress meter. The results show that the tempering stress of Low-E glass is evenly distributed when forced convection-radiation heating method is used.
