基于模糊理论的风力机故障诊断专家系统构建

摘    要:目前,对风力机的故障进行诊断仅停留在人工现场诊断的层面上,使得故障难以及时发现并排除。该文以模糊数学理论和故障诊断技术为基础,建立一个用于风力机故障诊断的专家系统。文中首先介绍了模糊综合评判方法;然后给出了诊断专家系统的结构,其中重点论述了如何根据经验数据和专家优先系数法共同确定模糊关系矩阵的元素、模糊诊断原则的确定及推理流程。最后用一个具体的故障诊断实例进行分析,验证了应用模糊理论,可以提高风力机故障诊断专家系统的运行速度、准确性、可靠性。

Abstract:Currently the faults of a wind turbine are diagnosed by humans on the spot,and are difficult to discover and remove.We set up a fault diagnosis expert system for the wind turbine using fuzzy fault diagnosis technique.We present fuzzy comprehensive judgement method and then the structure of the fault diagnosis expert system.We focus on the discussion of the way to determine the elements of fuzzy relation matrix,fuzzy diagnosis principles and inference procedures in accordance with experiential data and expert′s priority modulus.Finally an instance of fault diagnosis is analyzed to verify how the application of the fuzzy theory raises the speed,accuracy and reliability of the expert system.
