少片变截面钢板弹簧计算机辅助设计方法研究

摘    要:针对当前少片变截面钢板弹簧设计、生产的现状,提出了一种少片簧计算机辅助设计方法。首先探讨了少片簧尺寸参数传统设计计算方法;利用Visual C++开发平台对SolidWorks软件进行二次开发,完成了少片簧自动建模系统的开发。最后以某型载货汽车少片簧为例,验证了上述方法的可行性。

Abstract:According to the present situation that taper leaf spring was designed and produced, a computer aided design method to the taper leaf spring was presented. The traditional calculation melhod of design of dimension parameters of taper leaf spring was discussed. Using Visual C++ software development platform and method of the secondary developmen! based on SolidWorks, the automatic modeling system of taper leaf spring was developed. Finally, all proposed methods were applied to the taper leaf spring to a certain type of truck, and the feasibility was also verified.
