摘    要:原矿中的主要金属矿物是铁闪锌矿、磁黄铁矿和毒砂,富含银、镓、锗、铟等稀贵金属。毒砂可浮性很好,易浮难抑,本试验创造性地提出了精选Ⅰ的中矿再选、再选尾矿并入最终尾矿排放、再选精矿返回粗选的新闭路流程,成功地实现了铁闪锌矿与毒砂的有效分离,获得了锌精矿品位41.56%、回收率93.08%的指标,同时综合回收了银、镓和铟等稀贵金属。

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON SULFIDE ORE OF ZINC INDIUM POLYMETALLTC FROM YUNNAN PROVINCE

Abstract:The main mineral in the ore is marmites,pyrrhonist and arsenopyrite,rich in silver,gallium,germanium,indium and other rare metals.The ore of arsenopyrite is very easy to float,but hard to inhibit,the experiment creatively forward to the"Select Ⅰ"in the middling re-election,and then incorporated into the final tailings discharge,re-election of concentrate back to roughing of the closed-circuit process.Succeeded in separation the iron of marmites and arsenopyrite the concentrate grade obtained Zn 41.56%,recovery rate is 93.08%,comprehensive collect silver,gallium,indium and other rare metals.
