摘    要:针对我国快速城镇化进程中的城镇规划缺乏应对气候变化内容的不足,围绕"控碳源"与"扩碳汇"技术与城镇低碳建设规划技术,对国家可持续发展实验区——青岛市城阳区某小区的低碳规划示范进行了研究,对推动我国低碳城镇建设起到积极引导作用。

Abstract:Since urban planning is inconsistent with climate change in fast urbanization development, the paper focuses on "controlling carbon source" and "expanding carbon collection" technology and low-carbon urban construction planning technology, and studies the low-carbon plan- ning demonstration of the community in Qingdao Chengyang district as the national sustainable development testing zone, which has positive effect in guiding domestic low-carbon urban construction.
