| Abstract: | Based on the welding of rail and high manganese steel for GLC turnout series as an example, this paper introduces the welding proce- dure and parameter determination of flash welding, analyzes the common defects of welded joints and the preventive measures, and summarizes the welding technology and quality control of flash welding so as to improve the percent of pass of rails with flash welding. |
