The Application of Stable Carbon Isotope Technique in Karst Carbon Cycle

With the development of analytical technique, stable carbon isotope techniques have been paid more attentions in the study of global carbon cycle. The δ13C observations which combine with the isotope fractionation basic concept can effectively distinguish between the sources and sinks of CO2. Combination with existing research we summary the application in judge the CO2 source which drive karstification by use stable carbon isotope as a tracer and the application of the stable carbon i- sotope in the research karst carbon cycle.
