五板式哈夫分型转动脱螺纹气压瓶盖注射模设计

Design of Five-Plate Injection Mold with Half Cavity Parting and Threaded Demoulding Mechanism Cavity for the Cover of Pneumatic Pressure Bottle

A practical structure was introduced on the injection mold for a cover of the pneumatic pressure bottle,and a dissertation was made on the structure character and the operational principle.Five plates,thrice limit cavity parting and half cavity parting of angle pins and slides were adopted on the mold with one mold cavity and disk gate.The mold was fed from center hole of the work-piece.Inside core-pulling was achieved by springs,as well as thread demoulding was realized by the rotating threaded cavity.The mold is compact in structure,reliable in operation and complete automatization is achieved.
