| 摘 要： | 本文就不同碱减量对 ECDP(常压阳离子可染改性涤纶)仿真丝织物性能的影响进行了分析探讨。实验结果表明:碱处理能显著改善织物的手感风格,对改善织物的真丝光泽感和热湿舒适性也起到一定的作用,但减量率过大时,会显著恶化织物强力和抗起毛起球性能,并出现织物发披现象。可考虑控制 ECDP 织物的减量率在30%以下。

| Abstract: | Analyses and discussions are mainly made on the effects of differential alkali-deweighting on ECDP silk-like fabric's properties.Experimental results show the treatment will obviously improve the fabric's handle style and enhance its lustre and thermal-wet comfort to a certain degree,but an excessive deweighting rate will greatly affect its breaking strength and pilling-resistance,causing the appearance of fabric distortion.So,it is desirable to confine the deweighting rate of ECDP fabric below 30%. |
