摘    要:本文从目前我国食品安全生产的现状出发,研究了影响食品安全的自然环境因素以及食品加工环节、食品市场和消费环节对食品安全管理的影响;分析了政府在食品安全相关法规政策和食品安全的质量标准的的制定、食品安全生产环境的建设、食品安全的技术的开发和研究,政府调控与市场调节的关系、提出了政府提高食品安全管理水平的对策和措施。

Abstract:Based on the present circumstances of food safety in China, this paper analyzed the natural, environmental factors on food safety and the effects of food production procedures, food market and the characteristics of food consumption behaviors on food safety regulations. And the important roles of the govemment, namely its goverrment macro management and market - regulation , were also illustrated on the formulations of food safety relative laws or policies and food quality standard , the improvements of food production conditions, the developments of food managements, Relation of govemment management and market - regulation, some coun- termeasures of improving on the govemment management abilities on food safety were also proposed and suggested enhance the level of food safety management in china.
