摘    要:目的 研究旋转填充床 (RPB)中填料内支撑对液膜控制传质过程的影响规律 ,为 RPB进一步工业化作理论准备 .方法 采用水中的氧被氮气解吸这一典型的液膜控制传质体系 ,计算传质单元数 (NTU)来作为目标函数表征传质效果的好坏 .结果 找出了转速、液量对传质的影响规律 ,以及在有内支撑时 ,内支撑的板的厚度、开孔形状、内支撑开孔率、安置在填料中位置对传质的影响规律 .结论 实验的结果对旋转床的应用开发有指导意义 .

Abstract:Aim\ To get law of effects of inner supports on liquid film controlled mass transfer in rotating packed bed (RPB) and further provide theoretical support for industrialization of RPB. Methods\ The working system of the experiment is desorption of O\-2 in water by N\-2, which is a typical process of liquid film controlled mass transfer. The different effects of inner support on liquid film controlled mass transfer are taken through Number of Transfer Unit(NTU). Results\ The influences of rotating speed and liquid flow rate on Number of Transfer Unit (NTU) has been investigated. Furthermore, in rotating packed bed with the inner supports, the effects of shape, thickness, the voidage and the position of the inner supports on Number of Transfer Unit(NTU) have been investigated too. Conclusion\ The results of the experiment have guiding significance on use and exploitation of RPB.
