双进料双电场电脱盐系统的应用

摘    要:中国石油化工股份有限公司齐鲁分公司胜利炼油厂第Ⅳ套常减压蒸馏装置加工高硫高酸-中间基原油,常压塔上部腐蚀严重,常减压蒸馏装置常顶循环和常一线系统出现了多处管线腐蚀穿孔。为提高装置电脱盐系统脱盐、脱水效果,减轻常压塔的腐蚀,增上了第三级电脱盐罐,采用某公司的双进油双电场电脱盐脱水设备。该双进油双电场电脱盐设备具有体积小,占地少,有效地提高了处理量的特点,针对原油性质的变化,调节手段灵活,对不同的原油性质双进油双电场电脱盐具有很好的适应性。通过对电脱盐罐参数的优化,有效地提高了原油脱盐、脱水效率,降低了电脱盐罐的电耗,脱后原油水的质量分数降至0.2%、盐的质量浓度降至3 mg/L,效果理想。

Abstract:As high - sulfur high - TAN and intermediate base crudes oils were processed in the atmospheric - vacuum distillation unit IV in Shengli Refinery of SINOPEC Qilu Petrochemical Co., Ltd., a serious corrosion occurred in the overhead of atmospheric tower, and the pipeline of atmospheric tower overhead recycle line and atmospheric 1 st side - draw suffered from many corrosion failures. In order to improve the desalting and dehydration efficiencies of the desalter system and reduce the corrosion in atmospheric tower, a 3rd - stage desaher drum was added, and double - feeds and double - electric - field desahing and dehydration equipment of a company, was installed. This equipment, which is small in volume, less in plot area requirement and flexible in control, has a good adaptability to the crude oil of different properties. Furthermore, the optimization of process parameters of electro - static desalter has effectively improve the desalting and dehydration efficiency and reduced the electric power requirement. The water in desalted crude oil is decreased to about 0.2% and salt in desahed oil is reduced to less than 3 mg/L. The results are satisfactory.
