氧浓差电池在油井的腐蚀机理

摘    要:结合国内对合金钢在海水里的氧浓差腐蚀的研究,从油田的生产实际出发,通过实验和推理得出油井局部腐蚀的一个主要形式——氧浓差腐蚀。由于油井在日常维护过程中,避免不了加药、热洗等工作,从而导致大量的溶解氧进入井筒内。再加上油套环形空间内存在油气混合段,满足这两个条件就会在井筒内形成宏观的氧浓差电池。通过现场的实践观察,再加上对79口套破井的破损位置分析,基本验证了氧浓差电池的存在。

Corrosion Mechanisms of Oxygen Concentration Cell in Oil Wells

Abstract:Based upon the study on the corrosion of oxygen concentration cell on alloy steel in sea water, the oxygen concentration cell corrosion which is the main localized corrosion of oil production well is deduced through tests and in consideration of actual oil field production. As the chemical addition and hot washing have to he performed in routine maintenance of oil wells, a large amount of dissolved oxygen enters the well shaft. Because there is a oil vapor mixing zone in the circular space of oil ring, the macro oxygen concentration cell is formed. The field investigation and analysis of damaged places of 79 wells have confirmed the existence of oxygen concentration cell.
